Joe Keeling is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Keeling Security Consultants LLC. He is a Detective Sergeant in Louisville Metro Police Department’s Third Division Criminal Investigations Unit—burglary rings, vehicle theft, and the crews that work throughout Jefferson County. He directs safety and security at Hurstbourne Country Club, served as a United States Coast Guard maritime law-enforcement specialist, and spent seven years as an EMT with Louisville Metro EMS. The firm is independent. It is not the department, and it does not sell hardware.
